If you are running Windows 11, then Power Automate is already setup on your computer. Go into Start, then to Windows Tools. Double click on Power Automate and sign in with your Microsoft account. You are now ready to build.

All RPA starts with a base of knowledge. This training will cover the basics of RPA on Microsoft Power Automate. We will walk through building a basic input project into tax software.

After completing the course, you will be able to build an RPA that will extract data from tax software into a spreadsheet and input date from a spreadsheet into tax software.
Training will be approximately 3 hours.
The next level RPA will work on efficiency, data mining and some decision making using the RPA tools. We will identify new areas of our tax software and how to manipulate them. This course has 2 projects.

We recommend that you only take this training if you have already completed the starter course, attended the RPA session at the AICPA Engage conference or if you have some experience in programming.
Training will be approximately 3 hours.
With a foundation to work from, you can move on to advances topics. This training will cover advanced topics that will unlock the full power of RPA. We will build an email tool that will look into a database, compile attachments, and combine multiple emails into a single package.
Topics include:
After completing the course, you will be able create lists of advanced variables, manipulate file systems, send emails with PDF attachments, and connect to databases. The portion on connecting to databases will be using some SQL to get information from a database.
Training will be approximately 3 hours.
